The hands (and heart) behind Stride & Sole

Hello everyone!! Welcome to Stride & Sole.

My name is Ava Wysocki, and I am the owner of this business. We are located in the Macomb County area of Michigan. At the moment, I am certified in equine massage and rehab, Raindrop Therapy, equine kinesiology taping, and thermal imaging. I am looking to add certifications in farrier services, PEMF, and saddle fitting in the future.

I have been riding horses since I was 5 years old. My parents didn’t have anything to do with horses, but my Papa had owned a thoroughbred and raced him at Hazel Park Racetrack when he was younger! He is the reason I am riding today.

I have always dreamed of having a horse-based career, and I am so excited to finally make that a reality! My goal is to give back to horses after all they have given to me over the years. They are truly amazing animals and I am so glad that they have been such a big part of my life.

Whether I am massaging, taping, or filing hooves, my goal is the same: to help your horse feel their very best, inside and out. I believe in patient, individualized care and creating a calm, welcoming experience for every horse I meet.

I look forward to meeting you and your herd!
